Oct 8 2026, Huong Viet Properties holds the groundbreaking ceremony of the Riverside Park & Running Trail at Palm City.
A nearly-3km waterfront area alongside Giong Ong To River which is adjacent to Palm City is built into a park and public space. The project includes a system of running trail, fitness area, green space, rest stop, scenic viewpoint and outdoor community area.

As designed, the jogging trail features a approx. 3.5 km riverside route spanning approximately 3.5 km, a 2 km “sunset route,” and a 1.5 km “oxygen forest route
These routes are connected with open spaces and landscapes in an urban area by taking advantages of water surface, natural wind & expansive view. The “sunset route” provides experiences of scenic view at day end while “oxygen forest route” guides runners and joggers through a multi-layered canopy structures
The system of running trail aims to meet various needs from jogging, physical workout to walking and enjoying surrounding landscapes. The rest stops & outdoor areas are located alongside the route as places for family engagement activities.

The view of riverside park at Palm City is developed to revitalize the daily energy and connect people with nature. Accordingly, green trees, water surface and open space are interwoven which allow residents to easily access to nature inside the urban area.

With nearly 3-km waterfront area is built into a park & public space, the project creates a new landscape system connecting different subdivisions in the Palm City. Residents can easily access to running trail, fitness area, green & waterfront spaces from many different areas in the urban area.

The Phase I is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027. Once completed, the Park will serve the community of Palm City and connect with landscape and utility system of the whole urban area.
